What do I need to do to become a client?

Ans: To place an order at our on-line shop you have to register as a user on our website and complete the fields in the LOGIN section. Once you are a megmedius.COM member, you can check the history of your account at any time.

What does a megmedius.COM account allow me to do?

Ans: When your account has been created, you will have access to a menu with options including: personal information, shipping details, order status, order history, discounts, a list of products to consider for your next order (MY WISH LIST), etc.

I have forgotten the password to my megmedius.COM account. How can I get a new one?

Ans: All product orders are subject to availability. If they are not available at the warehouse we will contact you as soon as possible. If the products are available, you will receive an automatic e-mail providing information regarding all the stages in preparation of your order.

Ans: Please note that all our prices are in Pak rupees. The prices of the products are as specified on our website (VAT included) and megmedius.COM reserves the right to modify these at any time. This will not affect your statutory rights. Shipping costs and Customs duties are not included in the price.

What are the accepted payment methods?

Ans: The only payment method we accept is credit card: Visa, Mastercard (American Express is being processed) and Pay Pal (Verified Addresses Only).

The delivery periods are calculated from payment confirmation. Preparation for deliveries takes place during working days only. Our delivery periods are approximate and are exempt from exceptional circumstances or force majeure causes. In the event of any such exceptional circumstances occurring, megmedius.COM will contact you as soon as possible.

What is megmedius.COM’s delivery policy?

Ans: Our couriers will make a maximum of two attempts for delivery. If they are unable to do so successfully after the second attempt, your order will be sent back to our head office. If you change the delivery address, there will be an extra charge, which you will have to defray and pay directly to the courier company.

Do you do international deliveries?

Ans: Megmedius.COM is selling its products around the world. The chart above indicates the estimated costs for the main destinations. Please be aware that customs duties for deliveries outside the Pakistan are not included and have to be paid to the courier upon delivery of your product.

What shall I do if my parcel is damaged upon delivery?

Ans: If the parcel is damaged when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours and we will contact the courier company. What is a return? What is an exchange?

What is a return? “I don’t like the product, I made a mistake with the size …”. In these circumstances you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

What is an exchange? “This is not what I ordered! Wrong size/reference/defective items….megmedius.COM made a mistake”. In these cases megmedius.COM will assume the shipping costs.

Can I return or exchange the products bought from megmedius.COM?

Ans: Megmedius.COM accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days from receipt of your order. Returns after 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF LINGERIE AND / OR UNDERWEAR ITEMS.

Are there any conditions for returns or exchanges to be accepted?

Ans: We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as received (labeling and original packaging), or any items that have been used or washed. megmedius.COM reserves the right to check the products carefully before agreeing to any exchange or return. We will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as shipped. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF LINGERIE AND / OR UNDERWEAR ITEMS.

What shall I do if I want to return or exchange any item purchased from megmedius.COM?

Ans: You must obtain a Return For Inspection (RFI) number from before returning the merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RFI number. Contact a Customer Service Specialist by clicking here to obtain an RFI number.

What shall I do once megmedius.COM has accepted my return/exchange request?

Ans: After your request for exchange or return has been accepted, you will have 7 working days to hand over the products to be exchanged or returned to the carrier. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, megmedius.COM reserves the right to proceed to cancellation of the exchange or return. Once we receive the product, we will proceed with the return or exchange. The merchandise must be shipped via a prepaid traceable carrier, such as UPS or FedEx,TCS, Leopard. In case of loss or damage, the customer is liable. megmedius.COM cannot be held liable in any case for loss or damage of merchandise.

Can I get a refund?

Can all products be returned or exchanged?

Ans: Yes, all merchandise (Except Lingerie and / or Underwear) is eligible for return or exchange. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and the original copy of the warranty, as well as the original documentation and packaging; otherwise the return will not be honored.
